Oktoberfest Beag will take place at the Docklands, Centre Park Road (Live at the Marquee Site) from 29th – 30th September, 6th – 7th and 13th – 14th of October.

Oktoberfest Beag will take place at King John’s Castle, Nicholas Street, Limerick from the 26th – 29th of October.

Parking is limited in the area so we advise to avail of our bus service which will collect guests outside the Deep South/City Library, Grand Parade to the event which will depart every 30mins from 3pm-6.30pm. There will also be taxi rank outside once the event is over.
You can also reserve the Oktoberfest Beag Beer Bike which can transport up to 14 people from the Grand Parade. Experience an exciting and unique journey to Oktoberfest Beag 2017!
Parking is limited in the area so we advise organising a taxi to the event. There will be plenty of taxis available outside once the event is over.
DO NOT obstruct driveways, neighbouring properties or park illegally as this can cause great inconvenience to our neighbours.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it is all on one level without steps but it is all on grass. Disabled toilet facilities are available.
What does my ticket get me?
Your ticket gains you admission to the event within which there will be a mini Bavaria, complete with amazing beer gardens, huge beer halls serving official Oktoberfest beers and delicious traditional Bavarian cuisine. The Edelweiss Oompah Brass Band will entertain the masses and traditionally dressed Frauleins will serve the finest Bavarian drinks and dishes including bratwurst, Schweinsbraten and wiesn pretzels.
How much are the tickets and what do they include?
Will I be able to buy tickets on the day?
Yes, a limited number of tickets will be available to purchase from the front desk on the day unless a given day is sold out in advance.
Please note – Friday and Saturday tickets usually sell out in advance.
Where do I collect my tickets from?
Your tickets will be emailed to you, you can choose to print them or better yet, present them to us on your smartphone & we’ll take it from there. We prefer the latter option, it’s better for the environment.

Can under 18s go to the festival?
No, unfortunately under 18’s are non permitted to the festival.
It is strictly 18’s and over on all nights.
Can I change my tickets for another day?
All tickets are non-transferable.
Can I get a refund?
Unless the event is cancelled, all tickets are non-refundable.

What does one token get me?
One token allows you to purchase 0.5L of beer/cider, glass of wine, 2 soft drinks, 1 non-alcoholic beer, 1 gluten free beer, selection of foods by various vendors and merchandise.
What do two tokens get me?
A 1L stein of beer/cider.

When are the fireworks?
The fireworks will take place on the opening night of Cork 29th of September and Limerick 26th of October.
Will you be playing the Ireland -v- Moldova match?
Yes, we will be showing the Ireland -v- Moldova match live on big screens.
Will there be somewhere to put my bag/coat?
Yes, this year we will have a cloakroom on site to store your coats/bags. €2 per item.
Will refreshments be available?
Yes! Guests can enjoy traditional Bavarian cuisine and drinks such as sausages, rotisserie chicken, crispy roast haxen and kassler roast. Gluten free & vegetarian options are also available.
I don’t drink beer, will there be any other options available?
A selection of popular traditional Oktoberfest beers will be offered which include Lowenbrau and Spaten but we will also be selling Jagermeister, wine, prosecco, soft drinks and whiskey cocktails!
Will you have gluten free or non-alcoholic beer?
Yes! We will have gluten free beer as well as non-alcoholic beer available each night.
How much will food and drink be?

Vouchers are the only accepted currency. They will be available to buy at the event or online.

Yes, we will have a vegetarian food option and a gluten free option and we will also have a food option that is both vegetarian and gluten free :]

There is no ATM on site but we will be accepting all major debit and credit cards.

If I have a table reservation do we all have to arrive at the same time?
As long as each member of your party has a ticket you can arrive separately. Please remember that all table reservations are held until 7pm each night, so one member of your party must be in to secure it. If you arrive before 6pm you will receive a free beer each on entry.
Do I have to print off my ticket for each person in my group?
No you don’t have to have a physical ticket printed, the QR code or the ticket on your phone (that has been sent to you via email) will be enough to gain entry.
